Bill was a long time friend & business associate of mine & my husbands. We were in the Accounting Dept. & Bill was in Engineering. After I left Cooper & went into Real Estate Bill did all of my surveys & I highly recommended him to anyone that needed a good Surveyor. Mike left Cooper after 30 years, he was the Chief Financial Officer & Sr. Vice President of Finance, he passed away 3 years ago. We had a great respect for Bill & his work ethics. I remember Bill from our days working for Cooper at Bella Vista Village from day One in Planning and Engineering. He was chief surveyor organizing and leading survey crews to lay out golf corses, streets and lots, and other surveying chores legally required for development and sales. Bill was a hard worker and great colleague and friend. My sincere condolences to his family and close friends.

I remember Bill from my youth. He was 6 years older than me but best friends with my older brother, Kenneth. His dad, Earl and my dad, Ray and my uncle Amos Pogue were the pillars of our then small Highland community. He always had an infectious smile and was happy an outgoing. I am saddened at his passing and he will be missed.
