I have tried to find you and Andra for several years without success until I found Beth today. I have such fond memories of you, and the encouragement you always gave to me during some difficult times. And my son loved you more than any human on the planet. I appreciated your friendship so much, and will see you again in heaven.
Andra, Beth, Carol, Sue, ChuckI had dinner with my Dad tonight and he told me of Mr. Dougan going to heaven. I am so sorry to here of your lost. I know he as seen my mother and they are with other saints. The Dougan family has a very special place in my heart. What wonderful memories of jumping on the trampoline and youth meetings. Sometimes when I drive down Cantral I go down your street and look at the house.Thank you for wonderful memories.

Uncle Charles was a Godly man who always looked at the positive side of life and not the negative. He was one of the most compassionate, encouraging and selfless person I've ever known. I miss him but am very thankful he is no longer suffering and is enjoying eternal life in heavan. My love and admiration of him will never wane.
Charles had a way of making anyone smile or laugh. He made the best of his last few months by teasing all who came to see him while he was in the hospital or nursing facility. Charlie will be missed by many people. He left a lot of wonderful memories for his family and friends. Back in the old days, Charlie would keep candy in his pocket and offer some to anyone he saw. He smiled often and it was a BIG smile. He laughed often and his laugh always made me laugh too, even if I didn't feel like laughing. Now he is smiling with Jesus and making the saints smile and laugh.
