Shirley, Stan, Dave, Kim, & Tracey,

I (Mary Wynne)am Skip's first cousin. Beatrice Churchwell Parker was my mother and Kaki Parker Kinard is my sister. Grady & I will be thinking of all of you tomorrow and your families as you say good-bye to dear Skip's earthly life. I always enjoyed his phone calls and will miss catching up on all the news of the Churchwell family. He surely was proud of Shirley and you children. It was always such a joy to talk to him.
How I wish Grady & I could come to the memorial service tomorrow, but it is not possible I am so pleased, however, that Kaki and her husband, Jim, are coming as well as Marvin and David Hare, and Gail Coleman
Weintraub.

My Grandmother was Effie Churchwell Hare who was a siter to Skip's Father.

Skip was a talker, but was very interesting to listen to. I don't think
he ever forgot facts about the St. Louis Cardinal Baseball Team. He was also very knowledgebable about the University of Arkansas sport teams.

He would also make a point to call me at Thanksgiving to catch up on the Hare Family. We are going to miss his Call.

May peace be with Shirley and his Family at this time of sadness.

I am very sorry for your loss.

Skip was unable to make our 60th high school reunion in 2008 but I know he was planning to attend the 62nd reunion this year in Little Rock. He will be missed by his many friends from high school days.

During our youth, Skip was highly respected by all who knew him.

On behalf of our Class of 1948,we send our condolences to the family.
