I met Hal at Hope Chapel Hermosa in the early `80. I was involved in the sound and video ministries then. When Hope Chapel started " Mini Church's, it didn`t take Hal long to start one. I started going to His mini-Church. When He gets a vision, He can`t wait to share it with someone. He told Me about it. He got a group together who wanted to hear more about it. So, we when to Torrance beach one night, at the cliffs set a bone fire and prayed. Hal told Us what He felt God led Him to do. We all committed to it. HOPE CHAPEL HOLLYWOOD went into second gear. What an adventure! I had no idea what to expect. I had some fear, but I walked by faith, we were able attract more into it and the rest is history. Hal and I were both Vietnam vets there the same years. Now, In Christ He was a Christain Soldier in a different Vietnam, Hollywood. He fought the good fight. God has Him now. God probably padded Him on the back and, enter Now good and faithful servant and I will give You rest. I WILL MISS HIM!!! I`m crying. He was My friend!! He asked Me to help, and I did. I met allot of great people.
