Heaven got a great man today. It was my pleasure to meet and speak with your dad a few times. I remember most his smile, wit, and vast knowledge of many things. No wonder he was a Boss ! Please know we share your sorrow as well as your celebration of a life well lived. Prayers will continue for all of you. With great love and sincere sympathy. Your friends

May God offer you comfort at this time.

I knew Herb from trading scouting collectibles. I spent many hours listing to his stories, each with a lesson or moral. He will certainly be missed in the scouting community.

Our sincere sympathy on the loss of your Dad, who from what Jane has told us and a few brief meetings was a much loved father and much admired man. We celebrate with you his life and the legacy he leaves behind. May you take comfort in knowing that he is now with your Mom where he wanted to be, leaving you and your family with many great memories.
