James Kiker, 95, passed away August 11th 2006 at the Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. Jim was born in Wewoka, Oklahoma on August 17, 1911. He was preceded in death by his wife, Floy Moody. He served in the U. S. C Read Obituary
I met Mr. Kiker when he first moved to Fayetteville from Texas. He was a customer of mine at the bank. I always enjoyed working with him and he always asked for me. I felt he trusted me to help him. I left the bank about a year ago and had not seem him since.
I know his health was declining in recent years. Hopefully he is a peace and has joined his wife.

I only knew Mr. Kiker for a brief time. I was gratefull for the experience to be of help to him. I still think about the things he said to me. I ask him one day if he ever played golf? He told me yes and in his day he was pretty good, however,he thought he should have worked more. Ha!! I know he is happy now. His desire was not to be a burden to anyone.
