I met Mark back in the early 70's at the old UofA student union. We struck up a friendship that lasted years. I will miss him.
Mark and I were in the same class in law school and friends for years afterward when we both practiced in Benton County. He was always kind, always a good friend. He was gentle, intelligent, and delightfully surprising in a quiet, understated way. I was saddened to hear of his passing and send my condolences to his family.
