Dear Susan, Jeff, and Doug,I heard about the passing of your father and I wanted you to know that I am thinking and praying for all of you.I remember all the good days in Tulsa as we grew up and the great generosity of your father. I know you willl miss him--but I do know that there will be a great reunion for all of us in Christ.I am in a new ministry in Green Valley, south of Tucson. Susan, Jeff, Doug and Lynn,Perry was my strength in life. He taught me every thing that I needed to know about being an outstanding anesthesiologist. I came to Tulsa to work at St. John Hospital, because he asked me and told me that I was like a brother to him. I am deeply sorry that he has passed away, though I know he has gone to a place in Heaven where all believers in Jesus Christ as their Saviour go. Vernal will welcome him there. My thoughts and prayers are with your family even though I will not be able to attend his Memorial service.

Paradise is richer today with Perry at the right hand of or Blessed Savior and the Father. We know Perry is expressing that wonderful gracious smile of his to Vernal and all his "buddies" who have gone before. On this Earth, he was the greatest professional I had the privilege with which to serve. More, he was a most dear friend. His loving care and perfect performance gave me nothing but relaxing countenance while with him in the operating room. Always a dear friend, always exhibiting that inner peace of Christ, he will be missed by those of us who love him but we have joy knowing where now resides for eternity, AND, we look forward to the time when we will be united. What a wonderful peace and legacy Perry has left behind for us all. May God grant you, the family, " the peace that passes understanding.

Dr. Crawford was a customer of mine for years and was always so kind and just a joy to work with. I will miss him. I extend my sympathy to the family.
