I'm so sorry to see this. I worked with Roger here in Washington State for many years at Sweo and Baldor. When he moved to AR. working for Baldor, he helped my business a lot. I wanted to thank him again for everything he did.
My prayers are with you. Thanks, Kyle Haffner
Condolences to Nancy and family.
Roger took a chance hiring me in 1998 at Baldor-Sweodrive, which I have not forgotten, and gave me the entrance into a long and satisfying career.

Nancy and Family,
I am sorry for your loss. I had the opportunity to work, travel and dine with Roger for many years at Baldor. I always enjoyed his view on life and politics and his caring for the team. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I worked for Roger during my 14 years at Baldor. He was always a great man and mentor to me and many others. We had lots of good laughs together. Our family's thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
Jeff Lovelace and Family
My condolences. Roger and I became boating friends at Prarie Creek. He was a high IQ guy and full of adventure, both of which he had way more of than me! Definitely an inspiration. He will be missed.
I grew up with Roger and we reconnected some 50 years later. Really enjoyed seeing the man he became. Clearly thoughtful and generous. We will all miss him. Nancy and family remember the joy he was and keep the memories close.

My deepest sympathy to the Bullock Family. Know that you are and will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. Roger was a difference maker amd natural born leader. Determined, committed, and passionate, Roger was a friend you could count on. He’s going to be missed but I know he’s at peace and no longer suffering.
I knew Roger a only a short time while he was in Fort Smith. It was long enough to see and understand he was a good man. I always enjoyed being around Roger and his family. I am so sorry for your loss.
