My deepest sympathies for your loss of this wonderful man. I had the great privilege of getting to know Oscar at the Fayetteville Farmers' Market as a fellow vendor and shared his 90th birthday cake in 2007. The market would not be what it is today with the dedication and smiling face of Oscar Hughes and all the vegetables he lovingly grew and shared with the townspeople, year after year. We will miss him greatly.
