Special thanks to Mrs. Skaggs’ caregivers from The Good Shepherd In-Home Senior Care, especially Darlene Spencer and Karen Hill, who patiently and lovingly cared for her until her passing. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Human Society of the Ozarks in the name of Barbara Shreve Skaggs.
