I'm saddened to learn the passing of Branch. He was an intelligent and generous person; an extremely hardworking person. We played on the same football team in high school. Branch set me up with a job one summer at the Longhorn Restaurant in the Nassau Bay area. That job made me realize how hardworking Branch was.

Branch was a humble, but confident person. He was a very smooth communicator and great athlete... I remember a coach calling Branch, 'water' because he was such a smooth performer.

I thought of Branch last evening 10/25 and looked him up on Facebook to find this message. So sorry to hear of Branch's passing. Know that he will be missed by all who loved him. My parents Jack and Sue and my sister Steph have already greeted him. Love to all.

I've been thinking about Branch and his family a lot and I know today must be extra difficult since it is his birthday. I sat next to Branch in English during our senior year. Our birthdays our 4 days apart and we're both from Missouri! He was a genuinely kind person who was liked by all. He was positive and spoke only good of others. I hadn't seen him such high school and always wondered about him. I'm so glad to see he made a beautiful family and a good life for them. Such a precious soul. You all are in my prayers.

I grew up with Branch, and I was always in awe of him. He had it all-intelligence, very handsome, and the best memory I have is he was always kind. He will be missed, and not forgotten.

Memory to share - my family moved to Nassau Bay in September 1975, after the schoolyear had started. My parents took me to McWhirter Elementary to register for school one day, Branch was the student that came to the office to pick me up and bring me to Ms. Clark's 3rd grade class for the first time. Branch was part of my life and for over 20 years. Branch and I worked together. No matter what we were working on, he ended the encounter with a smile. He was not afraid to "lay it out like it was" when a frank discussion fit best as well. Branch was a professional and took pride in his work. He chose freedom rather than a time clock and was a huge success. Branch was always looking to make the best of any opportunity coming his way, this was the dreamer side of him. I believe many famous Men dared others to dream and to strive to make those dreams come true. My memory of Branch will always be, what a Man and what a Man. God take you in his arms His arms, and hold you now, just like you did for those you love.
