I was in the 5th grade and Max was in the 6th. I was small and Max took up for meHe was my friend
To all the family I sure enjoyed knowing Max and talking about the Razorbacks with him. He was a Great Guy.
Max, I am very sorry to read about your Dad's passing this morning. I will always appreciate you and your Dad's sponsorship of our baseball team in the summers of 1971 and 1972. Those Farmers Insurance Teams made it to the nationals in Wichita both years. God bless you and your family. Fred Wanger
Max was my second dad. He was a great example and a great man. He will be missed. I loved him dearly.
Cleta and family. I always enjoyed Max and admired and respected him for who he was, his values and his accomplishments. He will be missed by many. My heartfelt sympathy to the family.
Cleta and family, I am so sorry to hear of Max's passing. He was the best boss I ever had. I am so glad I had the privilege of knowing Max.
My deepest condolences. Max was the closest I ever came to having a real father and as my father-in-law for nearly 25 years I was able to observe what a real father is. He was a mentor, a friend, a advisor all the while being a loving and generous father to his four adoring children and numerous grandchildren. His smile and his laugh will live forever in my memory. Love you and miss you.
To Anna and family: May the outpouring of love and admiration from your father's many friends sustain you in this time of sorrow. Thoughts and prayers are with you now and in the days ahead.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
