I 1st met Charlotte @ quilt guild when everything in her life was great. As the years went on the health issues Steve & Charlotte had to deal with grew & grew. I admired Charlotte so much as she undertook each new situation & dealt with it & continued on with her life & her quest of enjoying life. She truly was an example to all of us. She went ahead & lived out her dream of owning a quilt shop even when many would not have undertaken it in her health condition. I am so glad she did.
She has left us too soon but will be admired & remembered always. She has left us all with quite a legacy.

Charlotte shared her enthusiasm for quilting and for life with many of us over the years. I remember a particular day several years ago shopping at Charlotte's quilt shop and enjoying the atmosphere she had created in the shop. Charlotte, Sally LeBeouf, and I brainstormed about putting together some of the beautiful fabrics for a new project. That day was a perfect one! Charlotte and Steve were quite a team! My thoughts are with you, Steve, as you mourn your loss of Charlotte and continue on. Spring is around the corner! Charlotte lives on in our hearts and in our memories.

Our deepest sympathies and condolences on the passing of "Aunt Charlotte". A dedicated wife, mother and friend to all who crossed her path. There is a special place in our hearts for this wonderful lady. Speaking for myself, I know I am a better person for knowing her. The older I got the more she made sense. I think we all learned basic intrinsic values like loyality,honesty,love and sheer guts from Charlotte. These lessons wern't always easy, but they never are. We pray that God gives peace to Steve, Rachael,Patrick, and the whole family in this darkest of hours.

I am deeply saddened by Charlotte's passing. She had a very special "light" in her soul, she made everyone feel better just by a touch, a word, or by being in the room.I will miss her sense of humor and her wonderful smile.
She was loved by many. I will miss her.
