We were so glad that we were able to make the service. It was very good and so deserving of such a great man of God. Brother Rogers ministered so much in our lives while pastoring at Clarksville 1st Assembly. We worked hand in hand in the building program. He found time to come into my home and pray with us in that time of need. I look back at this time and praise him and the Lord for such a great blessing. I want to thank the entire family for all that was said, and we will continue to lift you up in our prayers. Mike & Carolyn Buckner.
Brother Rogers was a great man that helped our family during our mother's (wife's) sickness and death. He genuinely cared about others. He has been in our thoughts often since he left Clarksville and he will continue to be.Calvin Warren, Kim Porter, Lynn Warren, Stacey Allen
I will always remember Brother Roger he was one of the best preachers and guide for us youth when he was in Clarksville, He never knew the impact he had on my life but I would like to say he made alot of difference even to this day.
Praying for Linda and the entire family during this time. Bro. Rogers had a profound impact on me and my family when he & Linda pastored in Clarksville many years ago. I will never forget his booming voice, and tender heart. I am sorry that I cannot make it to the funeral, but know that I am with you in my love and prayers.
Sad to say I didn't have the chance to know Rev Rogers. It is said the character of a person is of their Father and Mother and seeing how the living word of God and the love for people radiates from within his Son tells me one thing, Rev Rogers was bigger than life itself and his work and the love for Jesus continues on
My prayers go out to Glen,Darren & all the family in this time. love Lloyd Ashcraft
May God comfort you during this sad time. Know that brother Darrel is free of pain and dancing with with joy.
Thinking of you during this parting time.
What great rejoycing is going on in Heaven at the home coming of such a man of God. Our hearts are heavy in that we will miss Darrel's warmth and words of God he spoke so clearly. Still, we are so excited to know God has welcomed him with open arms and the simple words "Well done my good and faithful servant". You are all in our thoughts in prayers as you say good-bye to your husband, father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather. We love you all.
