Huey P. Neal, age 89, of Lowell passed December 24, 2020 in Springdale. He is survived by 2 children, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be December 29, 2020 at 11:30 AM at Fayetteville National Cemetery under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
