Jack and I was friends in high school at Pineville High in WV. I am so sorry to hear of his passing but have felt that he was at peace with himself ... My best to his family.

So sad to hear of Jack’s passing. Truly enjoyed the years as neighbors on So. X Street. Maybe not so much the mischief Megan and Anna got into!😀 thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this most difficult time.

Jill, I am so sorry to hear about Jack. I really enjoyed getting to know both of you a few years back when we reviewed portfolios in your home. I remember Jack as lover of flowers, intelligent, patient, kind and helpful. He will be missed dearly by so many. My deepest sympathy to you and your entire family.

Sorry to read of Jack's passing. Being from the small town of Pineville and Pineville High school, you knew just about everyone. Also, attending the Pineville Presbyterian church with the MacKenzie's left many, many good memories.
Sheila and I are sorry to hear about Jack. He and I were classmates at VT. We shared many good times. We really enjoyed seeing everybody at the 50th reunion.
I met Jack when he was with Texas Gas in Owensboro, and was part of our family. He was a kind, sweet man who made wonderful chili and baked amazing cheese cakes. He was friendly and funny and his outstanding background and education made him interesting and very knowledgeable. My deepest sympathy to Carrie and his family. He surely will be missed.

Jill and Carrie - I was so very sad to learn of Jack’s passing. I am so glad he had such a wonderful life and seemed so happy. I have thought of him often and was so proud to have called him my friend. My deepest condolences to all the family. He was the best of men. Prayers for your peace. Darla Barker

Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to meet Jack though I did exchange a few FB messages with him over the years. I have followed him on FB over the last few years and admired him and his story. Saddened that I didn’t have the opportunity to grow up knowing him and his family. Prayers to his family during this difficult time! God Bless!
