I met Linda Kay Cooper only twice, and only briefly then, but she made a distinct impression on me. Just from speaking with her, it was obvious that she was a person who did more living more in her too-short span of years than most of the rest of us mere mortals could have lived in a century. She was good, she was kind, she was wonderful. Brent and Chad, I know you both realize just how lucky you are to have had her as a mother.
To one of the dearest, sweetest, and enthusiastic persons we ever knew. Always such a delight to be around. I just loved to hear her laugh and see her precious smile.
I know we will all miss her so very much.

Linda Kay and I were friends for over half of our lives. We were young mothers and young coaches wives at the same time. Although both of our lives changed, our friendship never did. Linda Kay was a wonderful friend, an excellent mother, and a supportive wife. She had a keen sense of adventure and was not afraid to strike out on her own for some strange port or to encourage her boys to do the same. All of her friends admired her character and her integrity. She was a woman above reproach. Linda Kay now resides with Our Savior in Heaven. We will miss her greatly but we will meet again.
Although we had the pleasure of being in Linda Kay's company on only a few occasions, we knew her to be an admirable lady with a great zest for life. We shared her son, Brent, with her and we shared our daughter, Belinda, with her, but most of all, we shared with Linda Kay a mutual love for our baby granddaughter, Lola. Lola will miss Linda Kay's love and influence. We regret that.
What a wonderful, sparkling, dynamic gal. We attended the U. of A. together in the 1960s and double dated several times. I was with Stan Sparks and she was with Jimmy. I know she was precious to her family and will be missed greatly. You will be in my prayers.

Linda Kay was one of the most interesting people I ever met. I am so glad I got to know her. She will be missed by everyone whose life she touched.
Linda Kay was a true lady in every sense of the word.
We knew Linda Kay from college and later in Fayetteville and Little Rock. She was such a delightful person and so much fun to be around. I just recently ran into her here in Fayetteville and learned she had moved back and we talked about getting together again. I am so shocked to hear of her death. She was a very special person, and I will certainlly miss her.
