My heart is breaking for his family, friends, brother's and sister's in blue. I'm a mother of a police officer and know first hand of the worry. My son and Officer Carr went to Police Academy together two years ago. My son commented he was the most big hearted, kindest man with an outgoing personality.
I pray daily, nightly for our men and women in blue, Be Safe.

I never met you Officer, but you truly seem like the perfect example of what we teach our children a Police Officer is. Thank you for your service here in our great state of Arkansas.
