Peggy S. Kent's Obituary
Peggy S. Kent, 81 of Fayetteville, AR passed away August 25, 2017 at her home in Fayetteville. She was born September 2, 1935 in Griffin, GA to Winton Smith and Lois (Goddard) Smith. Preceded in death by husband John L. Kent, Sr and two brothers James and Robert Smith. Peggy is survived by her two sons, John L. Kent, Jr (Tina) of Fayetteville, and Harvey Kent (Stacey) of Ankeny, IA, one brother, Winton Smith of Cumming, GA, and three grandchildren Marisa, Forrest, and Jacob. Peggy retired living in Arkadelphia where she worked for Pollard’s Jewelry, the Tectum Plant and the Arkadelphia Human Development Center. Peggy spent her retirement in Mt. Judea, AR; Ozark, MO and lived the last 3 years in Fayetteville. A graveside service will be held at 10:00am October 14th at the Mt. Judea Cemetery with Reverend Rodney Stromlund presiding.
