Steve was a great guy, true friend, and fraternity brother. He always had a way of sucking me into his mischief. I always smile when I think of those days.

We are very sorry to hear of Steve's passing. As my sister Eunice's oldest of the four brothers, he was my first nephew and only four years younger than me. Steve had a great sense of humor, always loved to tell jokes and tease people, and along with my sister, was a devoted protector of the environment. They both attended the Ozark Society meeting. He loved trout fishing and floating the Arkansas rivers. We will keep him forever in our hearts and memories.
I am deeply saddened to hear that Steve has passed away. Being the same age, I have always felt a special kinship to him. My thoughts will be with all of you as you gather together to celebrate your husband, father, grandfather and brother. Even though there is a little distance between us, I always carry the precious memories of your visits to Illinois as well as our to few visits to Fayetteville. I loved my Aunt Ruby and Uncle Paul, as well as all of their family. I pray that the Lord will be with all of you during this difficult time. May the Lord comfort you and keep you. Your Cousin, Linda
