My sincerest condolences to Wanda's family. May you have every comfort of Jesus Christ in this time of sadness and loss. "...To all who did receive Christ, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God...and we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like Him" (John 1:12; 1 John 3:2)
I am so sorry for your loss. I spent so much time with my mother during my car accident recovery I know I would be so sad. Take comfort in the fact that you are a daughter she can be very proud. From how much you have contributed to your family and community. You have given her great life in what she accomplished a lasting legacy.
I am sad to hear of your mother's death. She was one of my teachers in college, and was an excellent educator and guide to her students. She was a good person who will be missed by many. My love to you and your family.
Janet, I am so sorry for your loss. Sounds like your Mother lived a rich and full life. May God comfort you during this time. Much love to you and your family.
It was my honor to pray with Wanda shortly before her departure on a trip to a place that we can only dream about until our name is called. She left a great legacy. Nadine Brannan, Chaplain, WRMC
I am saddened to hear of Prof. Belzung's death. I took a journalism class from her at the University of Arkansas. She was a very good professor, and I liked her personally as well. She was very accessible, always pleasant and patient. I have used the skills she taught me in my writing career.
Wanda helped me become a teacher when I left newspapering and joined the University's journalism faculty in 1979. She didn't stop there. She became Norma's first new friend in Fayetteville. It was in her generous nature to make us feel at home in a strange new place.
