Hayden was a true friend! I for one will miss him terribly.
Hayden was a shining star, beacon of joy with a quick wit and a brilliant mind. He was truly a legend, a pillar of his community and he brightened every room he entered. I have known Hayden and Mary Joe for over 50 years. They were by my side at both my marriages, in 1989 and again in 2011. Their support, their love and their strength were a beacon for me. Hayden was more than a friend. He was family, a legend, and his legacy of warmth and good humor will stay with me always. There's no doubt in my mind, that Hayden and Jack are reminiscing somewhere now about all the good times. Each one's laughter louder than the other!
Although my husband, Glen Charles, met and enjoyed Hayden in their later years he felt a camaraderie as if they had been friends for life and he will miss him greatly. As well as all who knew him.
