Bigger, better...
We're excited to announce we've finalized agreements on a new building and property which will be the future home of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home's Rogers location.
The new facility will be located at 100 South 28th St in Rogers.
Renovations and new construction are slated to begin in late-February. And our goal is to open the new facility during the summer of 2022.
Here are some of the features the new facility will offer:
- The new facility is over twice the size of our current Rogers location.
- The chapel will allow for roughly 150 guests, nearly three times more than what our current facility can host.
- More parking space, with covered parking for immediate family members of those we serve.
- Several rooms that will serve as private spaces for family and clergy or other unique needs.
- Upgraded technology, particularly the audio & video capabilities.
- The stateroom will be roughly twice the size of our current one, and will be large enough to serve as a small chapel if needed.
But it many ways, still the same...
Though this new facility will offer many benefits, at the core, our business is made up of caring people who've been called to serve families of Rogers during the most difficult times of their lives. And that will never change.
The new location is conveniently located across the street from our current Rogers location. So if you're familiar with our location on West Walnut, the new facility is just a stone's throw away on South 28th Street.
Any pre-arrangements made with us, or the former Stockdale-Moody funeral home will be honored and continue just the same when we move.
