Reba the Special Forces Association is with you in this time of sorrow. Many of us will not be able to make it to the funeral service and for that I apologize.
I met Frank when I first started working for the Washington County Collector's office, he was always very helpful and I called him the go to guy for Real Estate questions. I am sorry for you loss.
Reba, not sure if you remember me (Nancy) who worked at Mosley Abstract Company in Fort Smith with Frank back in the mid-late '70s. I just wanted to tell you that I am so sorry for your loss. Treasure your memories always.Sincerely,Nancy Moore

Please accept my words of sorrow inyour loss, Patsy Martin Price
My extended family, I want to wish you the warmest and heartfelt sympathies. Remember, life is a jouney full of fun and laughter, which, Frank truly enjoyed. I appreciated his cheerful greetings and warm goodbye when I would leave. So he has now completed his journey here and we will all see him again someday in his new journey only to be greeted by the cheerful smile, but there will never be a goodbye. May God keep you comforted and at peace as you walk through another step of the journey yourselves. I love you all and pray for peace.
