I will never forget the time Uncle LD had my sister and I put on a bus to come to his and Aunt Janice's home when we were teenagers when they lived in Jacksonville Florida. He took us to a baseball game and we spent a few days with him. My sister and I were visiting my great grandpa in St. Petersburg Florida. Karen was a bit shy and Doug was still in his crib I believe. That was such a special and fun time. Uncle LD was a very special man in so many ways. He was always kind and loving. He loved the Lord with all of his heart. May he find the comfort and love in Heaven in Jesus's arms and with the rest of his family. Always in my heart Uncle LD. xoxoxo
Uncle L was such a special man. We are so grateful we were able to spend quality time with him and Aunt Janice in August 2022. We know he is at peace in Heaven.
