Albert D. Ledbetter's Obituary
Albert D. Ledbetter, 91 of Fayetteville passed away Friday, December 9, 2011 in Fayetteville. He was born July 8, 1920 in Hugo, Oklahoma the son of John H. Ledbetter and Venia H. Hamilton.
He was a member of Hyland Park Assembly of God Church where he was a deacon and a Sunday School Teacher. He was part owner of Ledbetter Construction, Inc. and was an avid sportsman.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Frances Ledbetter, a son, John Ernest Ledbetter and a great grandson Connor Billingsley
Survivors include a son, Wayne Ledbetter of Fayetteville; daughter, Jane Trusty and husband Reverend Glynn of Springdale; five grandchildren, Kimberly Krueger, Kristen Billingsley, Elizabeth Dizney, Rebecca Lake, Andrew Ledbetter, and eleven great grandchildren; Kaylynn Bates, Jaxon Krueger, Kwency Krueger, Brady Billingsley, Brock Billingsley, Brooklynn Billingsley, Emily Dizney, Brooklyn Dizney, Tyler Lake, Sarah Lake, and Crystaline Mahoney.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 12, 2011 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home from 6 to 8PM.
Funeral Service will be held 2:00PM, Tuesday, December 13, 2011 in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna with Reverends Dean Jones and Glynn Trusty officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
