Alice Marie Wagner's Obituary
Alice Marie Wagner, age 85, of Greenland, died Wednesday, June 26, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born February 14, 1928 in Locke, Arkansas, the daughter of Walter and Mandy Sylvania Davis Baker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Carl Wagner in 1992.
She was a retired nurse and a member of Greenland Baptist Church. She was a volunteer at the Greenland Senior Center and the American Red Cross.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Ann Wagner of Yacolt, Washington and Sandra Wagner of Tulsa, Oklahoma; four sisters, Nellie Wagnon and Bonnie Bowerman, both of Fayetteville, Faye Gaylord of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Anne Slape of Heber Springs, Arkansas: three grandchildren, Kathryn Walker of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Robert Walker and Jimmy Lee Walker II, both of Duncan, Oklahoma and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at Moore’s Chapel, with burial to follow at Fayetteville National Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 8 at Moore’s Chapel.
Memorials may be made to the Greenland Senior Center or Meals on Wheels.
