Grandma Alice always had something positive to say. As I reflect on the many ways she influenced me -- to include regular walking, as entries in this book indicate -- I think it's that ability to share positivity, move forward while remembering the past (my lands, the photo-viewing sessions were a treat with Grandma Alice), and always doing our absolute best to cheerfully help our neighbors and community in small and big ways.
