Allen F. Jones' Obituary
Allen F. Jones, 83, of Fayetteville, passed away on October 8, 2022. He was born on June 6, 1939, in Durham, Arkansas to Forrest E. and Shirley Jones.
Allen was a 1957 graduate of Elkins High School and spent two years at Arkansas Tech studying Engineering. He was an Army veteran and a master at electronics. Allen was a proud lifetime member of the NRA and was a member of the John Deere Tractor club and the Gold Miners Club. In his later years, he was a resident of The Arkansas Veterans Home.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Norma Lynn Smith.
He is survived by three brothers, Brian (Faye) Jones, Charles Phillip Jones of Texas, and Donald R. Jones of New Mexico; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022, at 10AM at Moore’s Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville with burial to follow in McCord Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to Circle of Life Hospice.
