Andrew Dawson Bell, age 32, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, September 27, 2016 in Fayetteville. He was born May 4, 1984 in Norwich, Connecticut, the son of Tom Potter Bell, M.D. and Judy Lynn Smith Bell. He was an artist. He is survived by his mother, Judy Smith Dandridge of Fayetteville; his father, Tom Potter Bell, M.D. of Italy and a brother, Chris Bell and his wife Ashley of Sherman Oaks, California. Cremation is under the arrangements of Moore’s Chapel. No services are planned.
