Arnold McCay Williams, age 90, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away on July 21, 2024, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born on September 21, 1933, in Sheridan, Arkansas, the only son to George “Mac” Will Read Obituary
Our sincere condolences to Bette, Cathy, Steve and the extended family of our Uncle Arnold. He was a kind man with a gentle soul and will surely be missed. To paraphrase the words of the legendary sports broadcaster, Vin Scully, it is hard not to be sad that his life on this earth is over but try to be happy for all the time we had together. And in the words of Kalu Kalu..."The things you do for yourself are gone when you are gone, but the things you do for others remain as your legacy." Arnold's legacy will always be cherished and remembered, as the gates of Heaven welcome him.

Arnold Williams was like another dad to me growing up. I remember him as quiet, patient and always smiling, especially around his daughter, Cathy. He was a faithful friend to my parents. He will be missed by many. Holly Henry Meehan
Arnold was an exceptional man. He was so kind and thoughtful to everyone. I loved seeing he and Bette together. He was also exceptional in his profession as a dentist.

Love this picture of Arnold and his smile. What a wonderful person and a wonderful life. In the tenth grade he drove a grocery delivery truck and would wave when he passed my house and it is this smile that I remember, but so very thankful for the privilege of knowing him and his beautiful wife and family.
