I will never forget my aunt, she was definitely one of a kind. One memory I can share was when I was home from the hospital after undergoing an appendectomy surgery. She came to visit and see how I was doing. All I can say is that she had me laughing so hard I had to leave the room because I felt that my stiches were going to bust open. Gracias Tia Malle!!

For my aunt I will always be "El Vampiro". She always made me laugh by making fun of my dad and just any random fact about her life. I will always remember her for being a person with a big heart. she always had that maternal instinct and took care of me as if I was one of her own. I will greatly miss her. Att: :El Bambiro"

It may not be a historic event but all the same it was and will be an example of selflessness, love, and humanity for me my entire life. When I was a young boy and retro migrated to Ciudad Juárez with my parents and siblings, I was miserable. It was for me the end of the world. I hated the planet and all people on it. Coming from Los Ángeles suburbia this place sucked and I was a shattered 14 year bonehead who did not fit. I was a broken twig of a boy. In this zombie apocalypse, Henry’s sister, my aunt Dolores steps in and makes me laugh. She gifts me food. Enchiladas and tells me I’ll be ok. Also she tells me to stop being an asshole. She didn’t have to be a cool aunt but she was with her whole heart. She will be remembered by those who she took care of and those of us who found solace in her smile. Gracias tía.
