Barbara Allen Smith's Obituary
Barbara Allen Smith, age 80, of Joplin, Missouri passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2022. She was born June 21, 1942, in Fort Benning, Georgia to John Wesley Davis II and Betty Miller. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her daughter in-law Summer Bostick. Barbara attended Joplin First Church of the Nazarene in Joplin, Missouri.
She is survived by her husband, Dwayne Smith; two daughters Barbara Durham and her husband Bill of Farmington, and Cathy Roland and her husband David of Springdale; four sons, James Bostick of Springdale, John Gabriel Bostick of Springdale, Luke Bostick of Joplin, and Joshua Bostick and his wife Britney of Lowell; one brother John Davis and one sister Leslie Davis both of Joplin; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday August 6, 2022 at St Gabriel’s Anglican Church in Springdale under the direction of Moore’s Chapel. The burial will follow at Hill Speak Cemetery in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
