Beau Michael Sizelove's Obituary
Beau Michael Sizelove went from his parent’s arms to the arms of Jesus on July 17, 2020.
Beau was born on June 5, 2020, in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Jake and Emily Sizelove. Beau’s life was a precious gift from the Lord, and the family is grateful for the six weeks they had to get to know, love, and care for him. They are grieving deeply for the loss of their son, but they are not without hope—they are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing; struck down, but not destroyed—they rejoice that Beau is experiencing the fullness of life with the Lord Jesus Christ who is their only hope and comfort in life or death.
Beau is survived by his parents, Jake and Emily, and his big sister, Leah Sizelove; paternal grandparents Mike and Denise Sizelove (“Papa-Bear and Neisey”); maternal grandparents Larre and Cindy Sloan (“Poppie and Gigi”); great grandparents Jim and Sunday Sizelove, Carol and Edward Bounds and Pat Powell. Beau was also deeply loved by his aunts and uncles—Sam Sizelove, Strealy Sizelove, Josh and Andi Sizelove, Joel and Kelly Sizelove, Michael and Lindsey Sloan, Matthew and Ali Cook—numerous great aunts and uncles, and all his girl cousins, Olivia Cook, Caroline Cook, Hannah Cook, Annie Cook, and Olivia Sizelove.
We are extending an open invitation for those who want to join us in remembering, honoring, and celebrating the life of Beau by remembering, honoring, and praising the One who created him and gave him life. Beau’s memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 25 at 10 a.m. at Cross Church, 1709 Johnson Rd, in Springdale, Arkansas, with time to visit the family following the service. Face masks are mandatory, and the church facility has an abundance of space available to comply with social distancing requirements.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for you to consider making a donation to “Potter’s House” —an organization whose values stem from the knowledge of how Jesus views our city and the families in it. Please visit pottershousekids.com and mark your donations with “In memory of Beau Sizelove.”
