Betty S. Meyer, 75, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2007 in Fayetteville. She was born July 31, 1932 in Viola, Arkansas. The daughter of John W. and Carrie Granville (Wood) Sherman. She was a self-employed buyer, member of the Central United Methodist Church, a fighter till the end and shopped till she dropped.
She is survived by one daughter; Nancy Meyer of Fayetteville, Arkansas, son-in-law; Peter Steinhart of Fayetteville, Arkansas, son; George Donald Meyer of Fayetteville, Arkansas, daughter-in-law; Judy Lynn Meyer of Fayetteville, three grandchildren; Aaron Meyer Giles of Fayetteville, Arkansas, George Garret Meyer of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Joshua Norman Durden of Fayetteville, Arkansas, one brother; Charles Zane Sherman and family of Viola, Arkansas.
