She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 46 years, Ken; her son‑in‑law, Frank Nivens; and her brothers, Ronnie Lane, Wayne Lane, and Anthony Lane.
Betty is survived by her son, Scott Miller, and his wife, Angela, of Bentonville; her daughter, Melodi Nivens, of Branson, Missouri; and her grandson, Christopher Nivens. She is also survived by two sisters, Marlene Elliott and her husband, Terry, and Alta Montgomery, all of Rogers; two brothers, Arnold Lane and his wife, Barbara, of Sierra Vista, Arizona, and Dwayne Lane and his wife, Georgia, of Clifty, Arkansas; along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 9th, at Nelson‑Berna Funeral Home in Rogers, with a celebration of life service to follow at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Brother Jamey Doyle and Brother Ellis Doyle. Burial will take place at Ruddick Cemetery.
