Bettye Brown's Obituary
Bettye Brown, 81, of Fayetteville, died Sunday, August 14, 2011 at Washington Regional Medical Center.
She was born June 22, 1930 in Guntown, Mississippi, the daughter of Bryan Milton & Daisy Moore Houston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Frank Brown in 2005.
Bettye & Robert owned Hobby Craft & Frame Mart on Dickson Street for over 30 years.
She is survived by three daughters, Pat Carr of Ironton, MO, Iris Brown of Fayetteville & Melinda Mudrovic & her husband Tim of St. Louis, MO; two sisters, Mary Lou Christen of Mooreville, MS & Sue Sherill of West Memphis, AR; four grandchildren, Kirsten Miller, Jason Carr, Nathan Carr & Ashlea Carr and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday at Moore’s Chapel and interment will be in the Fayetteville National Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at Moore’s Chapel.
