Bill Starks' Obituary
Bill “Willard” Starks, 68 of Elkins, AR passed away Thursday, September 1, 2011 in Fayetteville. He was born August 28, 1943 in Racine, WI to Kenneth Starks and Violet (May) Starks.
Mr. Starks was a U.S. Navy veteran and beloved husband and father. He was known to many for his kind heartedness and generosity. A avid sports fanatic of the Razorbacks and the Texas Rangers, and supported his wife Karen at Pops BBQ.
He is survived by his wife; Karen Starks, three sons; Will Starks of Fayetteville, AR, Rodney and Richard and two daughters; Niki Starks of Denver, CO, Lisa Linsteader of Hawkins, TX, five sisters, and one brother.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at Fayetteville National Cemetery with full military honors.
