Billie Kay Barker's Obituary
Billie Kay Barker, of Fayetteville, passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 71 years old. She was born July 20, 1953, in Topeka, Kansas, to Charles Raymond and Mary (Kelley) Van Horn. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Tamara Blevins, and brother Bobby Van Horn.
Billie was a hardworking, high tempered lady. She loved her family and was a loving wife and mother. She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.
Billie is survived by her husband of 32 years, Bobby Barker; son Jimmy Dean Fitz; daughter Raenee Blevins; sisters Eydie Hamman, Betty Bradley, and Nancy Payne; brother Jimmy Van Horn; 18 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many other nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
Visitation will be held at Moore’s Chapel on Tuesday, June 24, at 11:00AM, which Funeral Service to begin at 12:00PM. Interment will follow at Fayetteville National Cemetery under the direction of Moore’s Funeral Chapel.
