Billy Joe Curry's Obituary
Billy Joe Curry age 54 of Fayetteville passed away August 2, 2011 in Fayetteville. He was born October 9, 1956 in Fresno, CA to Edward Russell Curry and Maudie Powell Curry. Mr. Curry was united in marriage with Louella Jane Curry. She preceded him in death in 2001. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents and seven brothers and sisters.
Mr. Curry was a member of College Avenue Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Billy was a carpenter and had a wide knowledge of many aspects of construction. He was an avid reader and also enjoyed fishing, camping, and hunting.
Survivors include a stepson, Brent Byrum of Bush, LA, two brothers, Harlen Curry of Brooksville, FL and Richard Curry of Washburn, MO, two sisters, Pauline Wiggly of Arthur City, TX and Leota Vandervort of Bend, OR, and one grandson, Lane Bryum of Bush, LA.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, August 6, 2011 at the Fellowship Hall of Wiggins United Methodist Church with Pastor Dave Dodson officiating.
