Billy Joe Williams' Obituary
Billy Joe Williams, age 80, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born on February 6, 1943, in Marshall, Arkansas, to George and Virginia (Collins) Williams. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Carolyn (Shrum) Williams; brother, Junior Fuller; and sister, Orphia Fuller.
Billy and Carolyn were devoted members of Hope Church in Goshen.
He is survived by two sons, Billy Gene Williams and wife Rachna, and Bobby Joe Williams and wife Lisa; brother, Jay Hugh Williams; two granddaughters, Lilah Chesne Williams, and Aashni Williams Khanna; and two grandsons, Kris Armstrong, and Andrew Armstrong.
