Bob Glen Steele's Obituary
Bob Glen Steele, 87, of Springdale, died August 13, 2014 in Springdale. He was born to parents Glen Steele and Opal Lee Bayless Steele in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on April 28, 1927.
Mr. Steele was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. He loved to play dominoes and was a Baptist. He was owner and operated Pride Enterprises and Friends International RV & Touring Company.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons, one grandson, and a sister.
Bob was a devoted husband to his wife Juanita to whom he was married for 69 years. He is also survived by his son Tony Steele and wife Suzy of Bentonville, AR; daughter Glenda Carr and husband Don of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; daughter Becky Garner and husband Harley of Bentonville, AR; daughter Teresa Neal and husband Paul of Springdale, AR; brother Troy Steele and wife Shirley of Elkins, AR; sister Carolyn Brewer and husband Pat of Perryville, AR; daughter-in-law Jan Steele of Centerton, AR, 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday August, 16th at Union Church of Baptist Ford. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Baptist Ford Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
