Bob Hankins' Obituary
Bob Hankins, age 80, of Elkins passed away Saturday September 13, 2014 in Fayetteville. He was born November 1, 1933 in Asher, Arkansas to Nolen and Edith Patrick Hankins. He was a member of Crystal Hills Family Fellowship Church in Elkins. Retired from Tyson Foods, was an avid outdoorsman and team roper for several years. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Coy Hankins, Lona Hankins, Wayne Hankins and Jim Hankins.
He is survived by three daughters, Beverly Mabry and her husband Jack of Elkins, Arkansas; Brenda Jones and her husband Mike of Elkins, Becky Smith and her husband Rusty of West Fork, Arkansas; son, Roger Hankins and his wife Regina of Lowell, Arkansas; two brothers, Bud Hankins and his wife Darlene of Elkins and Bill Hankins of Fayetteville, eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Monday September 15, 2014 at Moore’s Chapel. Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at Crystal Hills Family Fellowship Church in Elkins with burial to follow at Patrick Cemetery under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
