Bob was a familiar poker friend of mine.He was always a kind gentleman and his presence had a calming impact at any poker table. His calm way of asking others not to swear obtained the desired results. One of his habits was to "stand up' when he made an all in bet. If he won and being unsure as we older gamblers with failing vision have a difficult time seeing the cards at the far end of the table, he would ask "Did I win?" In summary, Bob stood up amongst others and he WON. His positive gentlemanly influence is missed.
