Bonifacio ''Bon'' Adriano Manlapig's Obituary
Dr. Bonifacio "Bon" Manlapig, 83 of Farmington was born May 25th 1929 and passed away peacefully on the evening of May 6th at Washington Regional Medical Center. He was surrounded by his loving wife Rosita, his children Rene, Rowena, Girl, his grandson Christian, his stepchildren Zina and Scott, and his stepgrandchildren Razmus, Max, and August.
Bon was born in the Phillipines, and later emigrated to the United States where he worked as a doctor of Radiology at Chicago Community Hospital. After retiring from a successful medical career, he moved to Northwest Arkansas.
Bon enjoyed traveling with his wife and visiting family around the world, although he loved to spend time working around his home and shop in Farmington.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7PM on Friday at the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
Nelson-Berna Funeral Home will handled the cremation arrangements following the visitation.
