I knew Bonnie when she attended Caring Friends ministry at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Her radiant faces and beautiful voice were a joy to all of us in the circle each Thursday morning.
Blessing on you, Terry, and all the family. She is missed.

We lost a wonderful & ‘super sub teacher’ person my mother Oma Blackwell always had her No 1 on her list for a sub @ Leverett & Root Elementary schools ... she was so nice & supportive of our FHS Basketball team like a team mom RIP Bonnie you are in heaven now & the Blackwell family mourns the loss to the Lavy family
Very sorry for your loss, she was a wonderful and kind person. We have fond memories of Bonnie’s warm hospitality and delicious meals served during graduate studies in Fayetteville. Sincerely, Joe & Karen Massey
I am so sorry for your loss. Oh how I loved when Mrs Lavy was our sub. We knew at one time or another we would get to sing a few of our favorite songs, unless we weren’t good, then no songs. However I don’t think that ever happened. Thank you for sharing your wife and mother with us. May God grant you comfort and peace during this difficult time.
I remember with joy the marimba music Bonnie played for us at the Antelope Park Church of the Brethren in Lincoln and of sharing Philo gatherings with Bonnie and Terry. Sincere sympathy to all of the family.
