Boualaphanh Sue Douangdara's Obituary
Boualaphanh Sue Douangdara, age 75, of Lowell, Arkansas, died on November 30, 2022, in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born on June 1, 1947, in Vientiane, Laos, to Khan and Pouy Khamphay. Boualaphanh married Sobs Douangdara on June 1, 1967, in Laos. They moved to the United States in 1981 and made Clovis, New Mexico, their first home. Shortly after, in 1984, they moved to Northwest Arkansas and made it their permanent home. Boualaphanh worked for George’s, Tyson Foods and Dananher.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, Sonepheth Douangdara and Voradeth Douangdara.
She is survived by her husband, Sobs Douangdara; son, King Douangdara and wife Josie Douangdara; daughter, Lasda Douangdara and husband Ruben Sandoval; and grandchildren: Tiger Douangdara, Lexus Douangdara, Nikki Douangdara, Cody Douangdara, Dalton Douangdara, Montana Douangdara, Austin Sandoval, and Adrianna Sandoval.
Services will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 10, 2022, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
