Bounthavy Douangphachanh, 58 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015 in Fayetteville, AR. He was born January 2, 1957 in Pakse Champasack, Laos.
He is survived by his wife, Sinoune Douangphachanh, one son, Regan Douangphachanh of Fayetteville, AR, one daughter, Southasy Joy Douangphachanh of Joplin, MO, two brothers, two sisters, and three grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 28th in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
