Brenda Gayle Lewis' Obituary
Brenda Gayle Lewis, age 61, of Springdale, AR passed away in her home in the early morning hours of Monday, December 29, 2014.
She was born September 13, 1953 in Rogers, AR and is preceded in death by both parents; Fred Smith and Doris Perry, her brother; Fred (Glen) Smith Jr., and nephew; Charles Joyce.
Survived by her husband; Rick Lewis, and his sons; Shawn Lewis and Robert Lewis, her two daughters; Terra Bost and Holly McClendon, siblings; Hoyt Perry, Kelley Williams, Brad Smith, Craig Smith, and Kyle Smith, five grandchildren; Christopher Bost, Daniel Bost, Juliana McClendon, Hayden Lewis, and
Hannah Lewis, niece; Sarah Joyce Clark, nephew; Samuel Joyce, step-father; Robert Perry and
step-sister; Stephanie Perry.
The viewing will be held on January 2, at the Nelson-Berna Funeral Home 4520 N Crossover Road Fayetteville, AR. Viewing hours are 4-5 pm for family members only and 5-7pm for everyone else.
